This application provides eligible RTC ADA Paratransit customers with the convenience of scheduling, confirming, canceling, and viewing real-time estimated time of arrival for scheduled trips.

Enrollment

First-time users must enroll in the system to start using the app. To enroll, you need to provide your RTC Paratransit ID#, date of birth, and a unique email address. Upon submission, you will receive an email from [email protected] to activate your account.

Login

To log in, enter your client ID and the password created during enrollment. In case of a forgotten password, you can use the "forgot your password" link under enrollment to recover it via email.

• Booking a new trip requires details such as pick-up and destination addresses, including unit numbers and telephone numbers. You also select the trip date and time, provide information on mobility aids or additional passengers, verify trip details, and confirm the booking.

• Trips
• View your scheduled trips with map locations for pick-up and drop-off points. You can repeat or cancel trips as needed.

• Trip History
• Access details of past RTC Paratransit trips by specifying date parameters and fetching trips.

• Subscriptions
• Review recurring trips without scheduling each time. Contact RTC Customer Care for subscription information.

• My Profile
• View client-specific information and change your password if necessary.

• Announcements
• Access tutorial videos and notifications regarding app usage.

• Help
• Definitions for terms used in the application.

• General Info
• Visit the RTC ADA Paratransit webpage for service information.

• Feedback
• Submit comments about the service or app through the RTC online comment form.

• Sign Out
• Log out of the app when needed.
